Maintain quality client service and adherence to business standards and control measures.
Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of key issues.
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a business plan aligned with the team's goals, organizational structure, and budget. Report on key performance indicators and progress to senior management.
Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and develop team members through training and performance management. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Process Improvement : Continuously review and improve processes, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency. Stay updated on new technologies and applications relevant to the department.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Expertise in one or more areas such as Mutual Funds, Foreign Exchange (FX), or Securities Lending is preferred.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
Ability to manage cross-office initiatives and collaborate with global teams.
