Job descriptionAssist in providing quality property management services Manage client relationships, handle inquiries and requests professionally Support sales operations and set up show flats Address client inquiries and complaints Liaise with internal and external parties for smooth daily operations Higher Diploma or above with sales or customer service experience Team player with proactive, customer-oriented approach, positive attitude, and high integrity Strong communication and negotiation skills Native Cantonese with good command of spoken and written English, and Mandarin Japanese speaking, JLPT N2 or above Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Real estate license holder is an advantage Willing to commit to a long-term role Fresh graduates will be considered Immediate availability is highly preferred 5-day work week (Mon〜Fri) Discretionary Bonus (twice / year) Annual Leave 7 days (1st year), Max. 14 days Medical insurance Transportation allowance

- Japanese : 20K + commission (Overall average per month 20 to 30K)
- Hong Kongers : HKD 15K + commission (Overall average per month 20 to 30K)
