Responsibilities
- Provide project control services including operations projects cost and programming monitoring, departmental information technology support and data analysis
- Provide advice and support to project teams related to project control aspects or operations projects business process work flow such as programming baseline and design performance monitoring
- Maintain and support a robust information system, provide data analysis, prepare various regular & ad-hoc project management reports for both internal and external parties
- Support for the sectional administrative process
Requirements
Degree in Business / Arts / Information Technology / Applied Computing or a related disciplineA minimum of 2 years' experience in budgeting, planning and cost control of operations projectsSound IT knowledge with strong interpersonal, communication and writing skillsHands-on experience in Operations Projects Engineering Management System (OPEM), Operations Projects Planning and Programming System (PNP) is an advantageKnowledge of operations projects & cost management systems such as Fund Control System (FCS), Contracts Administration System (CAS) and Corporate Timesheet System (COT) are preferable to perform various analysesKnowledge of finance chart of account and procurement & contract process are preferableRemarks
