Job Purpose
Ensure that the Quality and HSSE Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 and company standard
Coordinate with business units to ensure due compliance with regulatory requirements / customer standard and assist in monitoring staff activities against corporate policies
Job Duties
Maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and corporate standards.
Lead auditor for internal and vendor audits and support for third-party certification and client audits
Provide training on QMS & HSSE to promote compliance awareness & culture through development and execution of quality & HSSE initiatives
As HSSE representative, implement & maintain HSSE management system
Conduct safety risk assessments to detect potential hazards and reduce risk
Conduct HSSE audit & inspection, ensuring that closeout actions are in place and records maintained
Promote a vigilant and proactive company HSSE culture
Investigate customer complaints and define corrective / preventative actions
Coordinate with business units to ensure due compliance with regulatory requirements / customer standards and assist in monitoring staff activities against corporate policies
Responsible for supplier management; leading the new supplier approval process, yearly supplier performance review and maintaining the approved supplier list
Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of company key performance indicators
Prepare monthly status reports
Provide administrative support and coordinate with compliance function / corporate communications / information management of Head Office
Requirements
Diploma or above in Quality Management / shipping / logistics or related disciplines
Knowledge of ISO9001
Pro-active and able to work independently
Good problem-solving skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Familiar with MS office applications
