Location :   On-site

What this job involves

Conduct routine daily inspection and follow up on premises up-keeping

Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure system availability

Co-ordinate and oversee minor re-stack and moves including furniture management

Monitor and supervise contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies such as cleaning, landscape etc.

Other administrative tasks and record maintenance as assigned

Any ad-hoc projects that you may be required to undertake at the Company’s discretion

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Studies, Facility Management and Property Management

A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the corporate real estate or facilities management.  Candidate with stronger working experiences and background may consider as SFO.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of facilities / housekeeping management

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Independent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and willing to work under pressure
