Job descriptionQualifed accountant required. Possesses audit experience from Big 4 REQUIRED. Minimum of 5 years ofmercial experience. Any exposure to the construction industry will be advantageous. Experienced in an international setting. Familiar with various accounting software and online systems. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and possesses advanced PC skills. Proactive, adept at multitasking, well-organized, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility. A team player with outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills. Excellentmunication abilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to senior management and oversee finance team, ensuring the implementation of efficient internal control measures
- Provide timely financial and management reports
- Review and consolidate financial reports from overseas offices
- Engage with external auditors and professionals
- Analyze and evaluate project financials
- Collaborate with other teams on contract accounting
- Handlepany secretarial duties
