Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer portfolio in Hong Kong across all channels we supply to.
  • Manage a sales team team including sales executives and assistants
  • Responsible for the development of new accounts and business opportunities, including launching new products to both existing and new accounts
  • Accountable for delivering sales volume profitability, cost control, and meeting target sales objectives
  • Work on business proposals tailored to both new and key existing clients across the sports, wellness and FMCG sector
  • Work with the management team to develop and execute short and long term business objectives
  • Plan and execute marketing solutions for leading global sports nutrition brands
  • Initiate and implement sales, merchandising and promotional strategies for key accounts
  • Monitor and provide market information, feedback on competitor’s activities and industry trends
  • Provide regular sales updates and analysis to the CEO

Requirements and Expectations :

  • Business Degree holder
  • At least 8+ years proven sales experience in any industry – with a must have in retail and modern trade channels
  • A keen interest in the sports nutrition and wellness industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop, A.I. etc. (Oracle Netsuite would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Cantonese
  • Ability to meet challenges, deadlines, and work in a revenue focused environment
