Manage and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer portfolio in Hong Kong across all channels we supply to.
Manage a sales team team including sales executives and assistants
Responsible for the development of new accounts and business opportunities, including launching new products to both existing and new accounts
Accountable for delivering sales volume profitability, cost control, and meeting target sales objectives
Work on business proposals tailored to both new and key existing clients across the sports, wellness and FMCG sector
Work with the management team to develop and execute short and long term business objectives
Plan and execute marketing solutions for leading global sports nutrition brands
Initiate and implement sales, merchandising and promotional strategies for key accounts
Monitor and provide market information, feedback on competitor’s activities and industry trends
Provide regular sales updates and analysis to the CEO
Requirements and Expectations :
Business Degree holder
At least 8+ years proven sales experience in any industry – with a must have in retail and modern trade channels
A keen interest in the sports nutrition and wellness industry
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop, A.I. etc. (Oracle Netsuite would be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Cantonese
Ability to meet challenges, deadlines, and work in a revenue focused environment
