Job descriptionDegree in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience. MHKIE (BS / Mech / Elect Eng) or Chartered Engineer (MCIBSE / MIMechE / MIET) preferable. Experience in B.S. systems of medium or large scale Building projects is an essential. Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
Job Duties
- Attend Meeting with Developer, Architect and Consultants.
- Chair BS Coordination Meetings.
- Implement Total Engineering.
- Monitor all Monitor Quality and Progress of BS Works.
- Monitor Testing and Commissioning.
- Resolve Conflicts on site.
- Identify and resolve design problems with Consultants.
- Monitor Statutory Submission and Inspection.
- Coordination with Utility Companies.
- Relationship Management.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior engineers.
