Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to define and implement user experience strategies.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools.
Create and maintain design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
Advocate for user-centered design practices and foster a design-thinking culture within the organization.
Analyze user feedback and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user journey.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design, particularly within the insurance and finance sectors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in user experience design, preferably in the insurance or finance industries.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and UX research techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
A portfolio showcasing your design work and demonstrating your problem-solving skills and thought process.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
