Senior Quantity Surveyors / Quantity Surveyors

We are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors / Quantity Surveyors to work on general building projects.

Requirements :

• Quantity Surveyor with Degree / Associate Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Applicants with MHKIS / MRICS or similar professional qualification with minimum to years working experience are preferred. Applicants with to years working experience are expected for senior position
• Applicants without professional qualification but with all-rounded experience, preferably with experience working in QS consultants’ offices, may also apply
• Applicants are able to work independently
• Applicants for senior position are expected to have the ability to lead and manage teams
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good inter-personal and communication skills

Remuneration package shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience of successful candidates.
