Position Overview

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will take charge of a dynamic team and ensure that warehouse operations run seamlessly and efficiently. You’ll play a critical role in overseeing inventory management, optimizing workflows, and maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a team of 15 Warehouse Assistants , ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee and maintain inventory control to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Ensure the warehouse operates in line with GMP standards , maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization.
• Utilize and optimize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, track shipments, and streamline workflows.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely handling of goods and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to meet business objectives.
• Train, mentor, and motivate your team, encouraging professional growth and maintaining operational excellence.
