The Role

We are seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong background in either Asset Management or Pension domains to support the ramp-up of multiple projects.

The ideal candidates will have end-to-end project management skills, including budget management, minute-taking, project planning, risk management, and issue escalation.

This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and budgeted delivery.

Oversee budgets, manage financial reports, and update stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate issues promptly.
Communicate project updates and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Apply domain knowledge to inform project decisions and stay updated on industry trends.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and motivate team members.

Your Profile

Experience : A minimum of 4+ years in project management

Domain Knowledge : Proven experience in either Asset Management or Pension domains is a must.

Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills : Proven ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.

Project and People Management : Strong skills in leading teams and managing project dynamics.

Versatile Leadership : Ability to function as both a project leader and an individual contributor.

Effective Communication : Capable of communicating simply and effectively across all organizational levels and with external vendors.
