Manager, Project

You will be responsible for / to :

• Plan & prioritize modernization / replacement project to the project team members
• Supervise and oversee modernization / replacement project including project team members project submission execution of work and safety & quality control
• Act as one of the key personnel for cost control and site safety & quality inspection
• Lead and coach the project team members to complete project within budget scheduled timeframe expected quality and KONE safety manner
• Attend site meetings and hands on project management for major project.
• Liaise closely with both external and internal parties to ensure smooth completion and achieve project objectives.
• Implement strategic initiatives in process and efficiency improvement.
• Identity any critical issues or potential impacts on cost and compliance and be responsible to tackle such challenge(s)
