Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance employee experience
Lead full spectrum of people and culture initiatives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, onboarding, internal communication, and employee engagement activities
Act as HR business partner to provide personnel related strategic support to department heads
Advice on best practices, labour laws, and legislation changes to ensure market competitiveness and compliance, and communicate these effectively to all stakeholders
Responsible for overall planning, organisation and administration of manpower, compensation, benefits, performance and data management programmes to drive business efficiency
Monitor the budget and control operational costs whilst providing recommendations to senior management
