What you’ll be doing?
- Assist the Area Manager in providing high-quality property management services
- Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Incorporated Owners
- Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants
- Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
Who are we looking for?
Diploma or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework1 year's work experience in property management would be an advantagePossess PMP Licence is an advantageCustomer service-oriented and able to work under pressureGood command of spoken and written English and ChineseComputer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word ProcessingWe offer an attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits to the right candidate.
