Job descriptionBachelor degree in computer science or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in IT development, with 4 years of experience in supervisory role, leading team of development Experience in system development, Cloud Adoption, digital / web development, API development and Container Technology Proficient in web / mobile development (e.g. Angular, node.js, MongoDB, etc) and Cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, etc) Effective problem-solving skills Candidates with insurance industry experience would be highly preferred, but not essential

Job Duties :
- Analyze user requirements and implement IT solutions to meet user requirements
- Provide support to conduct both front-end and back-end development
- Conduct technical issues analysis with providing cost effective solutions
- Lead teams to deliver solutions to the project on time
- Provide training to upgrade IT knowledge on business and applications
