Job descriptionDegree holder with minimum 3 years’ experience in RA1 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented Proficient in in MS Office, including Word, Excel Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for daily dealing operation
- Deliver quality customer service through call activities, follow up and handle inquiries with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner
- Monitor client’s margin position and perform risk control
- Provide professional administrative and customer services support
- Participate in system development projects, user requirements, UAT and implementation
- Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Exposure on account documentation, operational procedures and regulatory compliance would be an added advantage
