Key responsibilities and tasks
Client Management
- Supports the new business process by providing research and coordination
- Assists with the coordination of press tours, events and review programmes
Media Relations
Researches and identifies appropriate journalists, bloggers and analysts on an on-going basisMonitors relevant news sources and alerts the team to relevant breaking news opportunitiesOrganises and coordinates media interviews and press briefingsContent
Drafts a broad range of written materialsCreates press materials and compelling content for both traditional and digital mediaSimple social media management (Must be fairly familiar with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)Reporting and analysis
Tracks and reports on media activity, including coverage reports, press clippings, online media engagement, showing progress using metricsCommunicates account performance internally at account reviewsProvides reports to the Campaign Director or senior management team on requestGeneral
Supports the Account Servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projectsTakes a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its work, identity and valuesRequirements
