What we are looking for :
To support us on our mission, we're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to deliver as a member of our Inside Sales team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for closing new business.
Our Inside Sales Super Stars ensure that our prospects receive prompt and qualified advice on our products, enabling them to subscribe to our services. If a more detailed consultation is needed to secure AnyDesk user subscriptions, the Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with their team Leader, colleagues, and technical support team to close the deal.
Together, we foster a friendly, encouraging, and competitive environment.
- Become a domain expert on AnyDesk products and how they support business outcomes for our customers
- Manage high-velocity deal cycles from initial contact through to closing
- Manage a high volume of leads through the CRM, responding to them in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate value to our customers on their preferred channels like teams, WhatsApp, email, phone calls
- Work closely with your team to help AnyDesk grow its business in APAC region
- Continuously develop and improve your sales skills and product knowledge
Basic Qualifications :
Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.Easy to work withSense of urgencyInbound sales experienceStrong customer focus and ability to empathize with customers to understand their needsAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience of using CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and customer dataPositive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishPreferred Skills and Experience :
Knowledge of BANT or a similar sales methodology to effectively identify and qualify leads, is a plusRelevant work experience in a software or technology companyA customer focused attitude with a proactive, friendly and courteous styleBusiness fluency in an additional language like Mandarin, Thai, Korean or JapaneseWhat we offer :
