Responsibility
- Product lifecycle operation : Participate in the entire process of "cloud network + AI computing power + artificial intelligence" product from planning, development to launch, formulate detailed operation plans, including product positioning, market analysis, user request research, ensure that the product meets market and business needs, and promote product iteration and optimization.
- Develop and execute operational strategies : Based on project goals and market trends, develop Product Operation strategies, plan promotion plans, user growth plans, and marketing strategies. Optimize operational effectiveness through data-driven methods, and improve product user engagement rate, Retention Rate, and Market Share.
- XFN Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with frontline business, pre-sales, delivery, network, operation and maintenance departments and teams within the company to efficiently promote project implementation. Responsible for communicating product requirements and function optimization suggestions with the technical development team, collaborating with the marketing activity team to develop marketing activity plans, and cooperating with the Client Server team to enhance User Experience.
Requirements
Education background : Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, data science or related majors.Work experience : More than 10 years of Product Operation experience, with experience in Cloud Service, artificial intelligence, supercomputing, high-performance computing and other related fields; Familiar with product lifecycle management, with successful Product Operation cases.Skill requirements : Proficient in using Data Analysis tools (such as SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.), with strong data analysis and interpretation abilities, able to discover problems from data and propose solutions.Possess good market insight and keen business sense, familiar with marketing and promotion strategies, and have successful experience in marketing activities.Excellent communication and coordination skills and XFN collaboration ability, able to effectively promote project progress in complex organizational structures.
