Our client is an expanding listed investment firm with sizable principal fund to support potential investment activities.
Lead and execute various corporate finance transactions, including but not limited IPO, M&A, financial advisory, fund raising, restructuring, etc.
Identify and secure M&A deals as well as manage and invest large monetary funds
Ensure all transactions are compliance with relevant regulations, e.g. Listed Rules, Code of Takeovers & Mergers, IPO, etc.
Develop financial models with meaningful analysis as well as assess and evaluate the investment risks and perform due diligence
Conduct market data research and perform data analysis for preparation of the pitching materials
Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree or above in Financial Accounting, Economics or related discipline
5+ years' solid experience gained from investment banking and covering comprehensive knowledge of various corporate finance transaction with proven track record is a must
Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and Code of Takeovers & Mergers for HK & China market
Professional qualification of CFA, CFP, etc.
Able to work under pressure, strong commitment sense, integrity and independent
Good team player and leadership style
Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
