Our client, a respected global insurance provider, is looking for an Agency Training Manager to support and lead operational excellence in their training team
Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations including training logistics, reporting, budgeting, and admin support
- Manage team resources and supervise clerical staff
- Ensure regulatory compliance in training activities
- Drive improvements in training materials and support systems (LMS)
- Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless operations
- Lead projects and coach junior staff to grow the team’s capability
- Deliver data analysis for senior management insights
Requirement :
A university degree in any field7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in insurance or banking in the training teamStrong administrative skills and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processingFluent in both English and ChineseIf this sounds like your next step, apply now!
