Job descriptionBachelor / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline At least 3 years relevant experience Professional qualification on networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) is preferred Hands-on experience of Routers / Switches, Firewall, Wireless Network and other networking equipment (e.g. Load Balancer, WAF, NAC) Experience in supporting Cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is an advantage Knowledge of service management best practice (e.g. ITIL, ISO20000) Good problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis Willing to work under pressure Able to work independently and good interpersonal skills to interact with team members Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua 5 days work week (Mon-Fri) Medical insurance
We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join our client’s fast-growing team.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to manage the overall network infrastructure to our Managed Services customer
- Responsible for network infrastructure project implementation
- Maintain system documentation and asset inventory management
- Manage and work with vendors to resolve network incidents and problems
- Function as consultant on network and security solutions to provide service delivery
- Develop guidelines / procedures to ensure the operation of network infrastructure meets SLA
