The Job
You will :
- Prepare regular reports to keep track the business performance
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure proper execution of initiatives on venues / projects
- Obtain / Conduct and analysis market research, including market trend, consumers' insight
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Assist Manager in resource management, such as budget control
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
About You
You should have :
Bachelor's degree in Business with minimum 3 years relevant working experienceWorking experience in a customer service oriented environment with strong emphasis on business planning in Luxury industry will be an advantageHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with data analysis using different tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is preferableAbility to work under tight deadline, handle multiple projects as well as responsive to ad-hoc requestHigh sensitivity on the quality and compliance in the course of workAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks, and the essential traits - good team player, detail-minded, energetic, highly versatileFluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin language skills would be an advantageTerms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A temporary employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
