Our client is a sizeable FMCG company in Hong Kong. As their business is rapidly growing, currently they are looking for a Procurement Manager in the team to purchase professional services on group level, e.g. marketing, HR, legal, consultancy services.

As a Procurement Manager, you will ...

  • Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
  • Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Approve purchase orders and organize and confirming delivery of goods and services.
  • Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

skills & experiences required.

  • Diploma or degree holder
  • Min 5 years of experience in hands on procurement, especially in professional services, e.g. marketing, HR, legal services
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Good team player
