Provide full range support on day-to-day operations including policies & procedures implementation, and other ad hoc initiatives to maximize operation efficiency to all retail shops
Assist to execute business or training strategies in retail operations and improve the operational procedures
Execute and evaluate current operation workflow and practice constantly
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth retail operations
Handle ad hoc assignments as required by direct supervisor
Requirements :
Degree holder, preferably in Training / Retail Management or equivalent
Self-motivate, customer oriented, positive attitude and pleasant personality
Good in planning, organizing, leadership, training and coaching
Good communication skills
Good spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Proficiency in using MS Office & Chinese word processing is a MUST
Retail chain or Sales experience is preferable
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Training & Development Officer
