Job Description
Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong partnerships with a portfolio of restaurants, addressing high-priority requests and escalations.
Business Planning : Lead joint business planning efforts and conduct regular strategy meetings with partners to review performance.
Performance Analysis : Analyze commercial and operational performance metrics to optimize results and drive revenue growth. Formulate data-driven growth strategies to enhance market presence.
Metric Tracking : Forecast and monitor monthly and quarterly account metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Internal Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams on daily operations, logistics, promotions, and marketing campaigns to ensure seamless execution.
Project Coordination : Oversee all project-related matters, managing daily project management challenges and liaising with internal departments to consolidate user requirements.
Campaign Management : Manage partnered marketing campaigns and business-as-usual promotions, addressing incoming operational inquiries in coordination with the operations team.
