At all times strive to represent The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong in a professional, courteous, efficient manner
Manage daily operations of the reservations department, including handling inquiries and resolving issues with hotel’s operating procedures and best practices
Monitor booking systems and reports to maintain accuracy and optimize occupancy rates
Analyze reservation trends and assist in prepare action plan for improving reservations sales and associated business
Liaise with other departments in regards of reservations related issues
Posses brand-hearted services and maintain a good level of product knowledge
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in reservations / front office, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Be computer literate, preferably with Opera Cloud system knowledge
Demonstrate the ability to interact positively with customers, employees and third parties, reflecting the high standards of the hotel
Demonstrate problem solving and reasoning abilities, well time management and organization skills
Be proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin
Able to identify and anticipate guest’s needs with professional telephone manner
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Reservations Supervisor
