Helpdesk Executive, Service Management Post Date : 2025 / 09 / 27 Expiry Date : Nil Location : Kowloon Job Type : Permenant About the role

  • Reporting to Helpdesk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support by assisting user with hardware and software problems via phone and email in agreed timeframe.
  • You will maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries to all executives and end-users.
  • You will be required to take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
  • You will carry out computer operational tasks according to schedule and established procedures as well as system backup according to the job schedule.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma holder in Information Services or related disciplines, preferably with full certificate in HKDSE / HKCEE
  • At least 3 year in customer service. Experience in Information Services Hotline support is preferred
  • Knowledge in Windows-based computing platform, MS applications. Experience in Unix / Linux Operation will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Basic knowledge of IS infrastructure including data network, application, systems and operational support preferable
  • Shift duties are required
  • Customer oriented, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
