Description :
Our client is a very sizable FT500 IT&T organization with retail and wholesales business across the globe. One of their business's HQs setup in HK with branches in different regions to meet for their global business objective.
- Monitor & maintain system performance to ensure all are running in good condition at all time
- Responsible for troubleshooting and handle service complaints as required
- Provide support on operation and maintenance issues covering all kind of telecom products / networks to maximize, enhance and resolve the network performance
- Assist in system documentation, report preparation and tools development
- Shift duty is required (7x24)
