Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Lead business development initiatives and manage client projects end-to-end, including bespoke requests.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on status, budgets, and delivery schedules to support company KPIs.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective risk management, scope control, and quality delivery.
• Collaborate across internal teams to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Work independently to drive solutions, demonstrating adaptability to new concepts, business models, and technologies.
