Position Overview

As a Senior / QA Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of our products and processes. You will work across various areas of quality assurance, from handling customer feedback to managing accreditation systems and supporting training initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about maintaining the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support customer feedback and complaint handling , ensuring timely resolution and identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage and maintain accreditation systems such as Food GMP, Cosmetic GMP, ISO 22000, and others, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct packaging artwork reviews and BOM (Bill of Materials) circulation reviews to ensure accuracy and alignment with quality standards.
• Provide support for ALC QA roles , including assisting with quality processes and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Assist in designing, organizing, and conducting training programs , including induction training and training assessments, to promote quality awareness across the organization.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
