Part Time Account & Shipping Clerk
Responsibilities
- To handle daily accounting works
- To provide administrative, logistical and account support to the team
- To prepare different kinds of reports
- To liaise with internal and external parties on business issues independently
- To perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
Business administration / public relations related discipline will be an advantageMinimum 3 years or above relevant clerical support is highly preferableAble to work independently with high flexibilityStrong problem solving, independent, well-organized and with strong initiativeGood PC knowledge in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPointGood command in written and spoken English and ChineseLCCI Intermediate Level or aboveWe offer 2-3days work per week or full time work, flexible working hours, MPF and result bonus to the right candidate.
