Purpose of the Position : We are seeking a talented B2B Designer to support the creation of visually compelling sales and marketing collateral across print, digital, and video formats.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can translate strategic concepts into impactful visual designs for both internal and external audiences.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, design-savvy across multiple media, and comfortable engaging directly with corporate clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will : Design & Production Create and refine high-quality B2B sales and marketing materials including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, social media assets, event branding, and digital ads.
Adapt materials across digital, print, and video formats while maintaining visual consistency with brand guidelines.
Produce motion graphics or simple video edits for campaign, event, or product promotions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative concepts and refine materials for business development and events.
Manage feedback and approvals efficiently across multiple projects and teams.
Work directly with corporate clients and partners where necessary, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness and brand representation.
Brand Consistency & Innovation Uphold brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
Contribute creative ideas to improve the design and storytelling impact of SCMP’s B2B communications.
Skills and Experience that will lead to success : 4+ years of experience in B2B design or corporate marketing environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility across print, digital, and video assets.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects or Premiere Pro) and familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or Figma.
Excellent English communication skills – both visual and verbal – with the ability to interpret and express ideas clearly.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
Comfortable in client-facing settings and confident presenting creative concepts or revisions.
Contract role with 3–4 days per week in the office Flexible working hours available depending on project cycles.
Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
