Job descriptionForm 5 / DSE or above 3 - 5 years experience in Menswear and Womenswear Design Creative & Innovative in fashion design and enthusiastic Diligent and always up-to-date with latest international fashion trends Highly structured with a good eyes for aesthetics Having experience and technical knowledge of apparel components and the fashion development process is considered advantageous. Strong presentation and communication skills Self-motivation, enthusiasm & passion, capable, good team player Excellent in both PC and Adobe programs; Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop Proficient in 3D design software is an advantage Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese Experienced with European buyer is preferred Occasional travel is required Immediately Available Preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for research of seasonal themes and inspirations for womenswear and menswear
- Manage design direction & development for womenswear and menswear
- Support our ASIA merchandise teams in relations to design, capsule collection development, presentations, gap and express business
- Creating & drawing collections / tech packs
- Ensure the completion and release of apparel and fabric trend reports on time
- Handling the full process of the seasonal trend books and ready for presentation
- Assure all R&D tools and tasks are followed, presented and executed in timely manner according to agreed deadlines
- In charge of developing fabrics, trimmings, styling, fitting, and samples throughout the entire process
- Motivated by sourcing new fabrics & trimmings
- Constantly researching for the latest tendencies & trend
- Proficiency in English presentation of design concept and product to customer
