Project Officer (PO I) (Contract) (Continuing Care)

- A degree holder or above in a related disciplinary
- At least two years working experience in related field
- Responsible for volunteer management and all volunteer matching related activities
- Assist in client assessments, data entry and clerical support to the team
- Assist in district-based programs to promote project
- Handle all public education activities and online or offline promotion activities
- To provide support to all activities related to carer support programmes
