Financial Accountant

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Financial Accountant to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the companys daily financial accounting tasks ensuring all financial activities comply with Hong Kongs accounting standards and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including but not limited to voucher processing accounts receivable and payable management bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and perform financial all financial records and reports comply with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) .
• Handle Hong Kong tax matters including profits tax computation and submission ensuring full compliance with Hong Kong tax laws .
• Assist with the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Participate in budget preparation and cost control providing accurate financial data and recommendations to management.
• Continuously optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Performs calculations in intra group contracts of the Holding company.
• Preparation and submission of information to the headquarters for the consolidated financial reporting and the Holdings audit.
