The Department
Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
The Job
You will :
- P roviding consistent, high quality beverage and service to our customers including but not limited to Members and their guests;
- M aintaining high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the Club’s guidelines and the requirements of relevant government d epartment s;
- K eeping the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction; and creating classic and innovative recipes exceeding customers’ needs and expectations;
- A ssist in optimizing revenue via ensuring the right products are sold to the right customers at the right time and for the right price; and
- C leaning all glasswares , utensils and equipment and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area.
About You
You should have :
At least 1 year’s relevant experience gained in hotels, clubhouses, or premium restaurantsFluent in English. Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is an advantageTerms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
