- Degree holder in Hospitality / Recreation / Sports / Hotel Management or related disciplines
- At least 8 years' relevant experience in prestigious clubhouses, hotels or similar establishments with minimum 3 years at managerial level
- Sound management with good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and strong drive to introduce new service
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Shift duty and work on weekend and public holidays is required
