Job Description : Paralegal and Company Secretary As a Paralegal and Company Secretary , you will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s legal and corporate governance functions. This position involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, managing corporate documentation, and facilitating communication between the company and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Corporate Governance :

• Prepare and maintain corporate records, including meeting minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate and support board meetings by preparing agendas and distributing relevant materials.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and collaborate with regulatory compliance teams to meet applicable regulatory requirements.
