Job description

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information about banking products and services.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues, including account inquiries, transaction inquiries, and technical support.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to ensure seamless follow-up and service improvement.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Assist any ad hoc requirements

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong writtenmunication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong in analytic, organization, presentation and independent
  • Strong writtenmunication skills in English and Chinese, including traditional and simplified Chinese
  • Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
