Job description
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information about banking products and services.
Assist customers in resolving issues, including account inquiries, transaction inquiries, and technical support.
Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to ensure seamless follow-up and service improvement.
Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
Assist any ad hoc requirements
Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong writtenmunication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Strong in analytic, organization, presentation and independent
Strong writtenmunication skills in English and Chinese, including traditional and simplified Chinese
Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
