Assist in pitching for new clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate policy terms, coverage, and premiums in collaboration with underwriters and carriers.
Process applications, renewals, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, claims, and policy servicing.
Support and follow up with clients after sales services
Keep abreast of industry trends, products, regulations, and competitors.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy information in system.
Qualifications :
High Diploma with minimum 1 year of solid working experience in broker firm or insurance company with non-motor products (such as retail, package insurance) is preferred
Valid holder of Insurance (IIQE papers I, II) license
Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales orientation and customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
