Job description

Responsibilities :

  • To support daily operations and customer services to provide and maintain customer satisfaction of good service
  • To handle presentation materials and analysis reports
  • Anticipate operational risk and proactively work with colleagues in contract logistics and freight forwarding to problem solve shipment bottlenecks, especially during peak seasons
  • To handle customers and vendors enquiry promptly and professionally
  • Recommend best solutions to meet service level and improve customer satisfaction
  • Familiar with the operations of warehousing
  • Other ad-hoc projects assigned by the management

Requirements :

  • University degree holder
  • 5 years experiences in operations and customer service in airfreight export
  • Experience in handling global airfreight and seafreight businesses
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
