The Role

The Administrator plays a pivotal role in overseeing all administrative functions involving pensions . This position involves expertly managing administrative tasks across various functions, resolving intricate issues that surpass the abilities and authority of other team members. Furthermore, the Senior Administrator serves as a point of contact for team members dealing with escalated service matters. Emphasizing a customer-centric approach is essential to deliver top-tier customer service by conducting thorough and timely quality reviews of work tasks. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training team members to enhance their skills, serving as a role model within the team. The Senior Administrator may also be required to offer processing support to operational departments as necessary.

Your Profile

• A minimum of 3-5 years' working experience in corporate or professional service environment
• Higher diploma or above in any disciplines
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and other software packages
• Previous experience in processing high volumes of data
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions
• Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes
• Proven ability to prioritise and time manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Cantonese
• Proven track record of reliability and punctuality in a structured environment
• Strong ability to maintain composure, demonstrate empathy and resilience when handling difficult or sensitive cases or customers
• Demonstrated positive attitude towards learning new skills
