How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Head of Accounting, Northeast Asia, the role will support our accounting operation, assuring proper month-end closing and the compliance of company policies and procedures. We value collaboration and teamwork that enable us to provide proficient support to our Maison and Functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support monthly and year-end financial closings
  • Prepare journal entries and support daily general ledger operation
  • Handle account payable duties including data input for daily transactions
  • Handle fixed assets accounting and support fixed assets reporting
  • Support other financial operations such as lease accounting, intercompany reconciliation, flow of goods and inventory accounting
  • Preparation of Group and management reporting
  • Assists in annual audit
  • Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 5 years’ working experience and strong record in the field of Finance / Accounting
  • Experience in SAP platform
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, or related field
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management
  • Result-oriented team player and able to work in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
