Job description
  • Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of equities in the TMT, consumer, or industrial sectors, focusing on companies listed in China and Hong Kong.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to forecast company performance and assess investment opportunities.
  • Engage with corporate management to gather insights, ask pertinent questions, and enhance understanding of company operations and strategies.
  • Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and investment recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and economic indicators that may impact portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to investment strategies.

    • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA or equivalent certification is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an equity analyst in buy-side or sell-side firms, specifically focused on China / Hong Kong stocks.
    • Proven expertise in bottom-up analysis within the TMT, consumer, or industrial sectors.
    • Advanced financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
    • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
