JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To lead, manage and organize all aspects of Rooms Division to the highest professional standards in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- To be accountable for the strategic direction & operations of housekeeping / laundry, front office, Manor Club, service center, concierge, butler reservations, transportation, Residences, etc.
- To recruit, train, motivate and guide the Rooms team so that they may achieve their key responsibilities.
- To design and implement marketing and sales programmes in co-ordination Marketing, Sales and Public Relations staff.
- To identify and understand the type of business required to maximize opportunities during high and low demand periods.
- To inspect various Front of House and Heart of House on a regular basis.
- To provide direction to key subordinates on resolving problems
- To analyse current and future market trends to ensure revenue potential during high and low demand periods.
- To find opportunities to increase revenue for all service and product offerings in the department and to create new opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel with at least 3 years in similar capacityExcellent written and verbal English is a must, additional language will be an advantageProven ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgroundsHighly organized and professional with exceptional customer service and presentation skillsIs a “brand ambassador" at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity and company’s culture is always maintained.
