  • Who we’re looking for We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team.

In this hands-on role, you will manage daily ecommerce logistics, coordinate with 3PL partners, oversee inventory and returns, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery to provide an exceptional customer experience.

The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison with our 3PL partners to ensure seamless and efficient daily operations Oversee all aspects of ecommerce operations, including inventory stock-in, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and issue resolution Coordinate closely with third-party logistics providers and carriers to guarantee timely, cost-effective deliveries Monitor and analyze shipping performance metrics, proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement Manage the returns process by overseeing returns providers and coordinating with our 3PL to ensure smooth handling Lead and supervise physical returns processing activities at our 3PL facilities to maintain quality and efficiency Who you are Professionally fluent in English Bonus : Professionally fluent in Cantonese Experience level is flexible; we tailor the role to match your seniority and skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and tools A collaborative team player who works well with others Mature, responsible, and exercises sound judgment in decision-making Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to continuous personal and professional growth Powered by JazzHR
