About The Role
Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include :
- Delivering quantity surveying services including preparing cost plans and tender documents, handling contract administration, sub-letting, and preparing and negotiating final accounts
- Undertaking responsibility for formulating tender strategies, tender analysis and bidding
- Monitoring cashflow and certifying payment and variation
- Preparing material take-off documents, pricing, drawing measurements and checking of all tender material
- Complying with QA standards as well as the company's best practice
- Leading and coaching junior staff
- Collaborating and developing good relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Attending site inspections and client meetings and conducting tender interview presentations when required
Requirements :
BSc in quantity surveying or equivalentA minimum of one years quantity surveying experience gained within a global construction consultancy, with exposure to multiple projectsGood communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand and provide concise instructions to the client teamProficient in both spoken and written English and ChineseProactive self-starter with excellent attention to detailAbout You
