Job description
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and analyze actual financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and providing explanations.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, utilizing Power BI to create visuallypelling and informative dashboards.
Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business performance.
Ensurepliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or finance operations in general insurance.
Goodmand of written and spoken English, Cantonese speaker
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
