Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent accounting qualification preferred. 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or finance operations in general insurance. Goodmand of written and spoken English, Cantonese speaker Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze actual financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and providing explanations.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, utilizing Power BI to create visuallypelling and informative dashboards.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business performance.
- Ensurepliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
