Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze actual financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and providing explanations.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, utilizing Power BI to create visuallypelling and informative dashboards.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business performance.
  • Ensurepliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or finance operations in general insurance.
  • Goodmand of written and spoken English, Cantonese speaker
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
